Where "Jefe" Comes From
"Jefe" means boss in Spanish — but for Jeff, it was never about being in charge. It was about being a leader in the community. Running a restaurant teaches you that leadership is about serving others, not yourself.
The nickname stuck. And when it came time to name his podcast, El Jefe felt right. This is a show about people who lead — in business, in their communities, in life.
